How do I pay?

Jelly uses Stripe, a seamless and secure checkout service that is integrated into the Jelly website. For further information visit www.stripe.com

How do I wash my Jelly t-shirt?

We do not recommend that you get your mother to do it. Alternatively make her a cup of tea and do it yourself like this:

Wash on 40c, preferably inside out.

We recommend that you do not tumble dry the product.

Do not iron the design.

How much is shipping?

Check our shipping details. All of our t-shirts are shipped with tracking and signature upon delivery within the UK.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we currently ship within the EU. If you are wanting to purchase a product from outside of the EU, please contact us.

Do you sell at wholesale prices to retail stores?

Yes. If you are a retailer and want to order stock please contact us.

My order has not arrived?

Very rarely a delivery may get lost in the mail. If your package has been lost we will replace it for free.However if the tracking number shows the product has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received. If this has happened, please contact us.

Can I return or exchange something I have ordered?

Yes, if you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 7 days after receiving the goods. Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the same packaging as received.

Please email info@jellyclothing within 7 days of receiving the goods and wait for instructions via email. After receiving the instructions you must return the product within 3 days.

If you choose to send your return using an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transport.

If applicable, a return or exchange will be issued within 14 days. In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit note.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on your location. For an indication of shipping times check this information.

What t-shirts do you print on to?

We print onto Anvil pre-shrunk organic t-shirts, who donate a small percentage to environmental charities. The ladies t-shirts also donate a small percentage to breast cancer research.

What ink do you use?

We use Permaset water based inks as they are 100% environmentally friendly.

Who prints your t-shirts?

We use Pulled Print Club, a specialist screen printing company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, who we highly recommend.
